Patient Travel Grant Program

 

To help those who may otherwise not be able to attend the conference, the Alliance offers a limited number of grants that help cover the costs of attending.

 

WHAT DOES THE GRANT COVER?

Our travel grant program will cover flight and two nights at the Double Tree Hotel for up to $2000.

HOW ARE THE GRANTS PROCESSED?

The applications will be de-identified and reviewed by an independent organization.

 

WHAT'S THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT?

The deadline to submit an application is February 8th at midnight pacific time, 2018.

WHEN WILL THE RECIPIENTS BE INFORMED?

Recipients will receive confirmation on March 1st, 2018
